Danielle Pisano is an Emmy Award-winning producer, tastemaker, and master at casting.  She is best known for discovering and managing talent from the most unlikely places to create hits. Danielle has been casting, producing, and developing content for the last 15 years. Her career has afforded her experience in many genres and formats within the industry which has built an extensive network that spans both coasts. She has worked with some of the most reputable production companies globally: SHARP Entertainment, ITV, Big Fish Entertainment, TwoFour America, Leftfield Pictures, NBC Universal, FOX, BBC America, Bravo, CBS/Viacom, and TLC.  At the beginning of her career, she worked on some of the most iconic talk shows, such as The Ricki Lake Show and Maury.  In 2011 she won her first Emmy while working as a Producer on Fox's Judge Jeanine Pirro.  This experience opened the door for Danielle to move into reality television, including the pop culture sensation MTV’s Jersey Shore Family Vacation and Snooki & JWOWW.  She also helped create MTV’s How Far Is Tattoo Far and worked on many other reality shows like VH1's Black Ink Crew Chrissy and Mr. Jones, and A&E's Dog the Bounty Hunter. In 2019 Danielle ventured back into talk shows to work with the world-renowned life coach, Mel Robbins, for the Sony Pictures production of The Mel Robbins Show. She is an expert at overseeing network deliverables from casting to production. However, casting is where Danielle works her magic.  She is a wiz at finding that next diamond in the rough and enjoys casting for reality television, commercials, and scripted series.  An Alumni of Seton Hall University she is no stranger to helping others achieve their goals by being an active member of the College of Communication program. With her excellent work ethic, enthusiasm, and desire to continue to be a tastemaker in this industry, the sky is the limit.
